Join HWMO for a barn-good time with tasty chili and good music under the stars on Saturday, August 26 from 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Red Barn at Parker Ranch (behind soccer fields and arena) in Waimea (Kamuela).
TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT! You can still support our organization's efforts to protect our communities, lands, and waters from wildfire by clicking the DONATE button at the top right of your screen. Mahalo for your understanding and support. We hope to do it again next year!
Five firefighter teams from Hawaii Fire Department and U.S. Army-Garrison, Fire and Emergency Services, and Big Island Wildfire Coordinating Group will face off in a chili cooking competition that will be judged by none other than Sam Choy! There is also a people's choice award for the best chili. That's where you come in!
Chili Tasting! (Vote for your favorite firehouse chili)
Much more...and all for a great cause!
Wildfires have serious impacts on communities and natural resources from summit to sea. The more fun you have while voting on the best chili (meat and vegetarian), and while enjoying the beer, wine, live music, pony rides, and silent auction, the more wildfire protection we are able to make happen on the ground, which further protects our community! Win-win-win!
Tickets are $40 and include dinner, drinks, and dessert.
Kids under 10 free!
$10 discount per ticket for fire and emergency personnel and families.
VIP Tables are SOLD OUT as of August 24!
