Spring is here, so what better time to add new life to our garden in Waikoloa.
Come join us this Saturday, April 2nd, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Waikoloa Dryland Wildfire Safety Park for a volunteer day to keep our Firewise native plant garden looking clean, beautiful, and fire-resistant. We have a number of new starts that need a helping hand to get in the ground. This would be a great event to bring the whole ʻohana!
If you are able to join, please bring: hat, sunscreen, water bottle, work gloves (if possible), and extra gardening equipment (i.e. trowels and pruners, if possible). We will provide some snacks, but if you can bring something to share, as well, we would greatly appreciate that!
Mahalo for your kōkua and we hope to see you for a beautiful and fun-filled morning in the garden.
